WVEA Hosts Its First Focus Group

February 26, 2026

WVEA Focus Groups bring together experts, thought leaders, and frontline practitioners to guide strategy, drive action, and raise awareness across our five focus areas.

Veterinary professionals are recognising our vital role in responding to the climate, biodiversity, and pollution crises. There is a real opportunity for global coordination of the inspiring work already underway, to accelerate change and amplify impact. The focus groups connect the people who are driving change locally and offer a space to share, collaborate, and accelerate change together.

Our first focus group for In-Clinic Sustainability is already underway with members meeting to share expertise, perform analysis exercises, identify problems and solutions, set objectives and create detailed project plans.
